I am looking to hire two writers to join my company on a full-time basis. But before you get excited, please read this post in its entirety.

It has become incredibly difficult to find hardworking, dedicated, and genuinely passionate writers these days.

Hear me out before you go all bonkers:

– Most of you [yes, you] are using AIs to research, write, and edit. I don’t want that. I state it very clearly in every call, yet I still don’t understand why so many candidates proudly say the same thing: “Oh, I use it for research!”

Please go work at companies that prefer that. We are still living in the old age, and we don’t use AI for writing. Simple.

– Most writers I interview agree to everything. They agree to the pay, the fixed timing, the training I provide. And on the day of joining, suddenly their “mental health” comes in between. Please MIND ME for saying this, but half of you have absolutely no idea what real mental health issues even are.

The smallest inconvenience appears and you say, “Oh, it’s affecting my health and I am going on one month long break, but you will see my constantly applying for the remote jobs that won’t pay on time.”

Bhai… full-time job hai, stable salary hai, 100 percent work-from-home hai, zero toxic environment hai, quarterly promotions hai… what else do you want?

I can rant more, but I have better things to do, so let me keep it crisp:

• I need two full-time writers
• This is a 100 percent remote, fixed-hour role
• B2C SaaS product-led writing experience is needed but NOT MANDATORY

If you don’t have a sample, then sorry, I cannot ask you to write a paid one for me.

Create a sample → share it with me → if I like it, I’ll ask for a PAID SAMPLE. Simple.

Please first read my requirements in detail and honestly assess what may not have worked for you the last time…. Hint: You cannot ask for 12 lakhs of an annual salary if you don’t have relevant experience! Another HINT? You cannot tell me you are good in learning (everyone here is) and DON’T show up when asked!

I really am frustrated and unfortunately, it was reflected here in the post.. I sincerely am looking for a good writer who wants a stable job/income/company. I promise, all I share are dog memes when (unlike Lovely) I am talking!
