GSK Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced SOC Technical Writer to support a critical government Security Operations Center (SOC) initiative. This role will focus on standardizing security documentation, improving incident response procedures, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
✍️ Develop and maintain:
Computer Security Incident Response Plans (CSIRPs)
SOC Incident Playbooks & Standard Reports
RACI Matrices & End-user Incident Guidance
📊 Support operational excellence by:
Creating SLAs, MOUs/MOAs
Developing KPIs & reporting tools
Writing business cases, prioritizing metrics, and estimating deliverables
Analyzing business processes and documenting technical requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ 2+ years as a Technical Writer in a SOC environment
✔ 4+ years of experience in:
Technical writing & process documentation
Business analysis and stakeholder engagement
Translating complex IT concepts into clear, actionable content
✔ Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and independent work ethic
