10+ years as a grammar and editorial expert
Bachelor’s in IT or Communication-related field
**(Master’s reduces experience by 2 years; PhD by 4)
Responsibilities:
Write and edit operational, instructional, and technical documentation for print, digital, and web
Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to gather, organize, and deliver high-quality content
Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all deliverables
