I’m hiring a Technical Writer for a consultancy supporting a major central government digital programme.
You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality documentation that supports internal teams and public-facing services — including API reference material, technical guidance, and updates to existing content to align with GOV.UK style.
🔍 We’re looking for someone who can:
✔ Write clear, accessible documentation for technical and non-technical users
✔ Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and service designers
✔ Understand Agile teams and work in line with GDS standards
✔ Improve content through iteration and regular feedback
✔ Ensure consistency across services and journeys
*Must hold active SC Clearance*
Public sector experience is essential, and the role starts on 1st August.
