About the Work
Writers will develop thought-leadership articles for our strategic audience. Topics span leadership, strategy, finance, organisational culture, and purpose, etc, always explored through a future-focused, globally aware lens. Each article should demonstrate analytical depth, originality, and a clear, influential perspective.
Essential Experience
● Proven or developing ability in business or thought-leadership writing
● Strong written English and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and convincingly
● Research skills and curiosity to uncover new perspectives and insights
● Ability to construct sound, evidence-based arguments that land with impact
● Collaborative approach to working with our editor to refine narrative, tone, and structure
● Foundational understanding of SEO and content optimisation
● Reliability, professionalism, and openness to editorial growth
Compensation & Sample Assignment
Selected writers will complete one or two paid sample articles to confirm alignment with our tone and editorial standards.
