Reports to: Founder/Social Media Director

About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Content Strategist who can bridge creativity with strategy. This role requires someone who not only understands how to build brand presence on social media but can also turn insights into ideas, craft engaging narratives, and ensure flawless execution. You’ll be responsible for planning, ideating, and orchestrating content that grows communities, drives engagement, and aligns with overall brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
– Strategy & Planning
– Develop monthly/quarterly social media content strategies aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
– Build and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Creative Ideation & Briefing
– Generate fresh content ideas — posts, reels, carousels, stories, polls, contests, UGC campaigns, etc.
– Write creative briefs for designers, video editors, and influencers that are clear and inspiring.
– Stay on top of trends, memes, pop culture, and platform updates to create timely, high-performing content.

Execution & Collaboration
– Work closely with the design and creative teams to ensure brand-appropriate, high-quality outputs.
– Collaborate UGC and influencer teams to amplify campaigns.
– Ensure all content is scheduled, published, and monitored on time.
– Experiment with new formats (AI tools, interactive content, micro-videos, etc.) to keep the brand ahead.

Analytics & Reporting
– Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, CTRs).
– Use insights to optimize content and strategy continuously.
– Prepare monthly/quarterly reports with learnings and recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications
– 3–6 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation.
– Strong understanding of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
– Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and briefing skills.
– Ability to translate brand strategy into engaging social content.

Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, paid media, or AI-based content tools.
