We’re growing the SEO & Content team at SimplerQMS – and hiring an SEO Specialist! 🚨
If you’re looking to work with a team a bit obsessed with Semantic SEO, Topical Authority, and building content workflows, this might be your next move.
Over the past few years, we’ve built a solid SEO foundation rooted in process improvement and continuous learning. Now it’s time to take things to the next level.
And we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.
✅ 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
✅ Lives and breathes On-Page SEO (content briefs, topical coverage, internal links, etc.)
✅ Solid grip on Technical SEO (structured data, site audits, GSC magic…)
✅ Self-starter who thrives in remote work
✅ Curious about Semantic SEO – or already deep into it
✨ Bonus points if you’ve studied or applied the Semantic SEO for Topical Authority framework by Koray Tugberk GUBUR – it’s been a key part of how we’ve shaped our approach. (Not familiar yet? No worries – you’ll learn it here.)
What excites me most about this role?
You’ll get dedicated learning time to unpack search engine patents and research papers, help run SEO experiments, test new ideas, and level up your skills. Think of it as getting paid to grow 🤓
🌍 Fully remote
⏰ Flexible hours (just ~4h CET overlap for collaboration)
We’re a supportive, collaborative team that believes in process improvement, continuous learning, and systems, not silos. You’ll work with writers, designers, a developer, and me.
If this sounds like your thing, I’d love for you to apply.

P.S. In your application, share a recent SEO win – I love hearing success stories! And if you’ve worked with Koray’s framework before, definitely mention it 😉
