We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer/Editor to join our team. This role will focus on crafting high-impact documentation that supports business users, IT professionals, and administrators to adopt and scale solutions—including low-code/no-code tools, AI copilots, and advanced analytics.
What You’ll Do:
✍️ Define and execute content strategies—text, visuals, videos
🤝 Collaborate with PMs, developers, designers, and support teams
📚 Create, edit, and maintain technical content with clear, customer-focused communication
🚀 Help drive user success, governance, and platform scalability through documentation
📈 Use GitHub, Markdown, and feedback loops to continually improve documentation.
Required Skills:
✔️ 5+ years in technical writing or content development for technical/business audiences.
✔️ Excellent command of English writing and communication.
✔️ Experience with GitHub and Markdown (2+ years).
✔️ Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Technical Communication, MIS, or equivalent.
