𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
4–5 years of solid copywriting experience — preferably in an advertising agency environment
A portfolio that shows you can write across mediums (digital, print, social, campaign copy)
Strong conceptual thinking + ability to convert briefs into bold ideas
Excellent command over language, grammar, tone, and brand voice
Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative, feedback-driven setup
Ability to collaborate with creative, strategy, design, and account teams
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞:
Interpreting creative briefs and translating them into original, persuasive copy
Writing for ads, digital campaigns, banners, social media, email, landing pages, etc.
Iterating copy with internal and client feedback
Ensuring consistency of messaging and voice across campaigns
