🔹 Required/Desired Skills:
Strong experience developing data blocks in Argos (GUI or SQL)
Knowledge of Argos security maintenance
Proficient SQL development skills
Experience writing reports for the Ellucian Banner ERP system and familiarity with Banner Oracle tables
Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM ticketing tools
Skilled in collaborating with customers to document reporting requirements
Familiarity with ITIL change management practices
