We’re looking for an experienced Proposal Writer who can lead the strategy and development of responses to Medicaid RFPs, as well as other proposal-related projects across the organization. This is a high-impact role, working closely with subject matter experts and executive leadership to tell CareSource’s story in a compelling, competitive way.
🔍 What we’re looking for:
• 5–7 years of professional writing experience
• Prior experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or managed care proposals strongly preferred
• Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, persuasive narratives
• Strong editing, organization, and project coordination skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight timelines
🧠 Bonus points if you’ve written for health plans, ACOs, or public health programs.
💻 This is a remote role with up to 25% travel. Flexibility around deadlines is key.
