- Identify and analyze suitable funding opportunities from various levels of government, philanthropic foundations, and corporate programs.
- Draft high-impact funding proposals and RFP submissions that are aligned with PAND’s mission and program priorities.
- Integrate success stories, impact data, and organizational strengths into proposals to strengthen PAND’s competitive edge.
- Work closely with the Executive Director and program staff to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely submission of proposals.
- Maintain clear timelines and deliverables for all assigned projects.

Essential:
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience writing and winning government grants, service contracts, and foundation proposals in Canada.

- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive content.
- Familiarity with the nonprofit or community service sector, especially relating to immigration, settlement, and inclusion.
Preferred Assets:
- Post-secondary education in Communications, Public Policy, Nonprofit Leadership, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Google Workspace.
- Lived experience or previous work supporting culturally diverse and newcomer communities.
