We’re Hiring: Proposal Writer / Marketing Coordinator

Atlantic Construction Engineers, LLC is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Proposal Writer/Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. As a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) delivering engineering and construction management services across South Florida, we’re scaling our operations—and we need someone who can help us win strategic contracts and elevate our market presence.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the development of compelling proposals and SOQs for public and private sector RFPs
• Coordinate marketing deliverables including firm qualifications, project profiles, and digital assets
• Maintain and manage content databases, boilerplate language, and project archives
• Collaborate directly with leadership on positioning and pursuit strategy
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years experience in A/E/C marketing or proposal writing
• Proven track record responding to government RFPs/RFQs (FDOT, PBC, municipalities, etc.)
• Strong technical writing, layout, and deadline management skills
• Self-starter mentality with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
