This role will:
→ Build and scale direct-response creative across paid social, with frameworks for testing and iteration
→ Own content across ads, blog, YouTube, and emerging channels
→ Leverage AI to unlock speed, testing velocity, and new creative possibilities
→ Design systems and processes that keep content flowing seamlessly across teams
The right person thrives on the creative challenge of connecting with cat parents and the discipline of delivering measurable results — as comfortable digging into performance data as they are crafting narratives cat people can’t ignore. 🐈⬛
