Can you turn a product into a story, a scroll into a click, and a click into a conversion?
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who blends performance + psychology + storytelling — and knows what hooks, headlines, and creatives actually make people buy.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1-2+ years of experience in DTC / eCommerce space
✅ Strong understanding of consumer psychology, ad funnels, and creative strategy
✅ Can write hooks, break down offers, and build content briefs that convert
✅ Experience with Meta Ads creatives — reels, UGC, statics, carousels, etc.
✅ Team player who can guide designers, editors & copywriters
💥 Bonus If You:
Have experience in performance marketing
Can analyze creatives & give data-backed feedback
Are obsessed with trends, scroll-stoppers & viral formats
