HelloFresh Group is seeking a Freelance Copywriter & Translator to support the growth of Factor, our healthy, ready-to-eat meal subscription brand in the Dutch and Belgian markets. Based in Amsterdam, you’ll work closely with our Growth and Brand teams to create localized, compelling, and conversion-driven copy across a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
This is a freelance engagement that allows for flexible working hours and independent task management.
What You’ll Do
- Write and adapt performance-focused, localized copy for the Dutch and Flemish markets across:
- CRM: emails, push notifications
- Paid media: social, YouTube, display, Partnerships, Influencer campaigns & Direct Mail
- Website, app, and e-commerce UX
- Product packaging, labels, and meal descriptions
- Translate and localize international campaigns with cultural sensitivity
- Ensure all content complies with legal guidelines and brand regulations by reviewing and checking for accuracy
- Ensure consistent brand tone of voice across all assets
- Use performance data and A/B test results to improve messaging
- Independently manage project timelines and deliverables in collaboration with our internal teams
What You’ll Bring
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent writing skills in English
- Proven freelance experience writing and translating across multiple platforms and formats
- Ability to create clear, engaging, and customer-centric copy
- Organized, proactive, and confident working independently
- Experience in food, e-commerce, or digital consumer brands is a plus
- Familiarity with Flemish and the cultural nuances between Dutch and Belgian audiences is plus
- Bonus: Experience with performance marketing, UX copy, and branding
