We’re looking for a freelance Technical Writer/Copywriter ✏️💻
Our IFGlobal team is on the lookout for an experienced freelance technical copywriter to help us create and update user guides and knowledge base articles for our fulfilment software product.
You’ll be working closely with our software team to…
🔹 Refresh and enhance our existing user manuals and knowledge base content
🔹Produce new guides for upcoming features
🔹 Coordinate and integrate dynamic content such as Loom videos, annotated imagery and walkthroughs
🔹Make sure our documentation is clear, engaging, and genuinely helpful for users
We’re looking for an individual who’s confident at translating technical details into simple, user-friendly language, has experience writing for software or SaaS products, and is comfortable collaborating with developers, product managers and designers.
This will start with a trial period, with the opportunity for an ongoing freelance partnership for the right person.
📍 Ideally based in Dorset, or nearby! We’d love someone who can occasionally visit our SmartBase UK facility in Hurn to meet the team and get hands-on with the product.
