Job Title: Copywriter

Hours: 10 hours/week with potential to scale

Role Overview:

This is a part-time, remote role with potential for growth based on performance. The ideal candidate is a strong writer experienced in B2B and website copywriting, who can take AI-generated drafts and turn them into refined, high-conversion content that aligns with each client’s brand.
The Copywriter will primarily support commercial construction clients and must be comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:
-Refine and elevate AI-generated drafts into compelling, on-brand copy
-Write clear, structured, and persuasive website content (homepages, service pages, etc.)
-Craft brand messaging and positioning for client websites
-Occasionally write emails and LinkedIn content
-Manage the copywriting process independently with minimal oversight
-Collaborate with internal marketing and ops teams for input and feedback
-Contribute to and improve internal copywriting SOPs and workflows

Who They’re Looking For:
-3+ years of professional copywriting experience
-Skilled at writing in different tones and brand voices
-Strong experience with website and B2B copywriting
-Highly detail-oriented and confident editing own and others’ work
-Comfortable working with AI-generated content
-Bonus:Experience in direct response or conversion-focused copy
-Fluent in English (minimum B2 level; C1/C2 preferred)
