We’re looking for a UX Content/Copywriter who can elevate our product content and create consistent, clear, and delightful experiences for all our users.

What You’ll Do
• Own and lead the UX content strategy across all Pepagora products—from onboarding to error messages, tooltips, notifications, CTAs, and everything in between.
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, PMs, and Developers to craft copy that enhances usability and emotional connection.
• Champion Pepagora’s tone of voice across all touchpoints while adapting to different personas and product flows.
• Audit and refine existing copy to ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility.
• Use data, research, and user feedback to inform and iterate on content decisions.
• Maintain and evolve our content style guide in collaboration with the brand and design team.
• Keep an eye on UX writing trends and adopt best practices from industry-leading startups like Notion, Stripe, and Figma.

What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in UX writing, product content strategy, or related roles in fast-paced tech environments or startups.
• A storyteller with an eye for detail and a passion for usability.
• Someone who thinks beyond words—understanding how visuals, interactions, and content come together to shape great experiences.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and juggling multiple priorities.
• Familiar with AI tools (like ChatGPT) for ideation, while recognizing the value of human-crafted content.
