We are hiring for the role – Technical writer
We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer with strong expertise in software documentation, XML, DITA, and structured documentation.
📍 Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
📅 Experience: 3 to 6 Years (Not more than that)
🧑💼 Immediate Joiners Preferred (No 90 Days 60 Days)
📞 Face-to-Face interview for final round is Mandatory
🔍 Key Requirements:
Strong skills in authoring user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and online help systems
DITA and XML.
Ability to collaborate with software developers, QA, and product managers to gather and structure technical information
Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, Confluence, or similar.
Working knowledge of software development processes and the ability to understand technical concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
