Job Title: Senior Content Designer

Pay Rate: $60-$65/hour on w2

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 8- 10 years

Duration: 03 months with a possible extension

The team is looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy content designer to design the UX with words and language for CoreAI. The AI Platform organization builds the end-to-end Azure AI stack including Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, AI Services, and the global Azure AI infrastructure for running the largest AI workloads on the planet.

Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of the team is to complete UX and product design for Azure AI foundry.
• Key projects: This role is seeking someone to focus on everything in azure AI foundry – shipping updates, new features, simplifications, optimizations, Partner with PMs on any requests that come in, figure out how to prioritize requests, and be customer focused.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: 25% meetings, 25-50% product building/execution, ideation, and 25% miscellaneous conversation design workshop, content design AI assistant, Adhoc projects.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience with Figma
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience with generative AI technology back end or front end
• Minimum 5 years UX experience

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary design team in CoreAI Platform and Tools to develop seamless end-to-end user experiences in Azure AI Foundry.
• Design and write content for in-product experiences that help customers achieve their goals
• Design experiences through the lens of language, leveraging expertise in user experience design, design thinking, and product strategy.
• Design, write, edit, and test clear, compelling in-product language that adhere to Client’s style guides and best practices.
• Understand, employ, and evangelize our content design principles, coherence guidelines, and content design evaluation tools.
• Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and innovations and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders
• Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate.
• Work directly with design, engineering, PM, and developers to create and refine product features.
• Utilize research and data to extract user insights that inform design decisions.
• Follow design system patterns, brand voice principles, and style guides to ensure accessibility and usability.
• Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.

Qualifications:.

• 8-10 years’ experience product design experience with an emphasis on content.
• Proficient in Figma and Client products.
• Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end
• Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile software development lifecycle.
