Key Responsibilities:
– Interpret psychometric data and translate insights into clear, structured, and insightful assessment reports.
– Analyze personality and behavioral assessments to generate meaningful observations on leadership, competencies, and workplace behaviors.
– Ensure reports are concise, well-articulated, and aligned with client requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*Strong understanding of talent and executive assessments, including behavioral competencies and leadership evaluations.
*Prior experience working with psychometric tools (e.g., PAPI or similar personality assessments).
*Excellent written communication and analytical skills to deliver precise and impactful reports.
*Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
