Digital Copywriter

The Body Shop Indonesia is looking for a Freelance Digital Copywriter to craft engaging and persuasive content that connects with our audience. If you have a knack for storytelling and the ability to write high-converting copy, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
📝 Proven experience in copywriting, preferably in the retail industry.
📝 Strong ability to write compelling copy in both English and Indonesian.
📝 Create straightforward, persuasive sales copy while maintaining brand storytelling.
📝 Develop engaging product descriptions, banners, and promotional content for marketplace platforms.
📝 Craft CRM marketing copy, including emails and push notifications, to enhance customer engagement.
📝 Apply customer behavior insights to create high-converting e-commerce messaging.
📝 Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and a team player to collaborate with marketing and design teams.
📝 Strong attention to detail in editing and proofreading, ensuring all content is accurate, clear, and engaging.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role.
✔️ Strong portfolio showcasing creative and persuasive writing skills.
✔️ Experience in writing for social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
✔️ Basic knowledge of SEO principles for online marketplace product descriptions.
✔️ Previous work in a retail, e-commerce, or FMCG company is a plus.
✔️ Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
